1. Using the Service

Rovi provides tools for scenario rehearsal, partner-based conversation practice, notebook organization, portrait creation, and structured communication outputs. The service is intended to help you prepare, revise, and organize communication work with more clarity and consistency.

You may use Rovi only in a lawful manner and only for purposes that are consistent with these terms.

2. Account, Access, and Eligibility

You are responsible for how you access and use the service on your device. You are also responsible for the information you provide, the content you choose to save, and the way you use outputs generated through Rovi.

Certain parts of the service may require sign-in state, local storage, credits, or other feature conditions before use.

3. Your Content and Inputs

You are responsible for the prompts, notes, messages, images, partner details, and other content you submit through Rovi. You should only submit content you have the right to use and share for the feature you select.

If you attach images, create partner portraits, or enter sensitive communication material, you are responsible for deciding whether that content is appropriate for the workflow you are using.

4. AI Features and Outputs

Rovi may use third-party AI services to generate conversation drafts, reflections, image-aware responses, and portraits. AI outputs are provided to support your workflow, but they may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your specific situation.

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to use any output generated through Rovi. The service is not a substitute for legal, compliance, medical, financial, employment, or other professional advice.

5. Credits, Paid Features, and Feature Changes

Some Rovi features may depend on available credits, bundles, balance, or other usage conditions inside the product experience. Rovi may update, refine, limit, or discontinue features, workflows, or usage conditions as the service evolves.

These official pages do not publish pricing or refund terms unless they are expressly stated elsewhere in the product.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use Rovi to violate law, infringe the rights of others, harass or abuse others, submit unlawful or harmful material, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse generated content in deceptive or fraudulent ways.

You may not use the service in a way that compromises security, stability, or fair access for others.

7. Suspension, Termination, and Local Data Removal

Rovi may suspend or limit access where needed to protect the service, address abuse, comply with law, or respond to security issues. You may also stop using the service at any time.

Rovi provides local controls in the app to sign out and remove account-related data from the device. Using those controls may clear locally stored account information, saved partner cards, and local session history.

Rovi may update the service, refine workflows, revise product surfaces, or adjust these terms as the service changes over time. Continued use of Rovi after updated terms are made available means you review and accept the then-current version of these terms.

The official Home, Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, and Support pages are part of the formal product experience. You may review and use these pages for your personal reference in connection with Rovi, but you may not misrepresent them, remove identifying information, or present modified versions as official product materials.

11. Disclaimers and Liability

Rovi is provided on an available basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. Rovi does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy of AI outputs, or suitability of the service for every use case or business decision.

To the extent permitted by law, Rovi disclaims implied warranties not expressly stated in these terms. Your use of the service is at your own judgment and risk.
